He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar R. Turley and Carol D. Turley (Pappas); his stepbrother Doug Turley; and also Linda Turley. He is survived by: his children, Melinda Spencer (Andre), Matthew Spencer and Rhiannon Pingsterhaus (Kyle); his grandchildren, Xavier, Lillian, Jaxx and Ozzie; and his stepbrother Carl Gallion, Jr. (Lynn).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Zieren Funeral Home (1111 Clinton St, Carlyle, IL 62231).
Expressions of sympathy in memory of Mr. Spencer may be made to the charity of the donor's choice and will be received through Zieren Funeral Home.
