She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Frye; her sons, James Spangler of Granite City and Josh Spangler; her niece Caitlin Arnold of Granite City; her brothers, Mark Ealy (Laura) and Randy Ealy; her close friends, Shyanne Colston, Brian Colston and Josiah Colston; and her former husband James Spangler, Sr..
