She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosa Elizabeth and Clarence Eugene Koontz, Sr.; her husband Harold E. Pasley; her siblings, Louise Koontz Carver, Juanita Koontz Reynolds and Clarence Eugene Koontz, Jr.; and her nieces and nephews, Linda Carver Fisher, Donald Gene Carver, Gerald Ray Carver, Marilyn Reynolds Boeh and Sheila Kay Reynolds Shantz.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Cole of Glen Carbon; her grandson Christopher Neal Cole of Maryville, IL; and her sister Vonnie Koontz Wolfe (Larry) of Carlyle.
