He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Duane and Maxine Mae Apple (Elam); and his niece Becky Lynn Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Apple of Keyesport, IL; his children, Zack Apple (Lindsey) of Keyesport, IL and Leah Tebbe (John) of Highland, IL; his grandchildren, Dalton Apple of Keyesport, IL, Wyatt Apple of Keyesport, IL, Ellie Apple of Keyesport, IL, Gavin Tebbe of Highland, IL, Emmett Tebbe of Highland, IL and Beckett Tebbe of Highland, IL; his sister Beth Gibson (Bill) of Cumming, GA; his niece Barbara Koval of Marietta, GA; and his pet Rohan.
