He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Kazubowski and Carolyn Kazubowski (VanCoutren); his brothers, Donnie Kazubowski and Phillip Kazubowski; his niece Debbie Kazubowski; his nephew Kenneth Kazubowski; and his mother-in-law Rose Ratliff.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Ratliff; his sister Jeanne Kazubowski; his children, Shane Kazubowski, Jeff Kazubowski, Tom M. Kazubowski and Kendra Kazubowski of Kewanee; his grandchildren, Trey Kazubowski Kewanee and Briana Kazubowski of Katy, TX; his father-in-law Tom Ratliff (Judy); and his sisters-in-law, Lis and Hannah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Henry County Senior Citizen Center, Kewanee.
