She was predeceased by: her parents, Milan Vujakovich and Anna Vujakovich (Germanovich); and her siblings, Mildred Vujakovich, George Vujakovich, Lillian Manthe, Mary Vujakovich, Anna Vujakovich, Donald Vujakovich, Jeanette Ptasnik, Stella Vujakovich, Leo Vujakovich and Rosie VanDierendonck.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Tavares (Kari) and Nick Tavares (Suzanne Nichol); her grandchildren, Tara Hicks (Luke Hewitt), Erin Tavares, Corey Tavares (Jackie), Casidy Blume (Ryan) and Micah Tavares (Presley); her great grandchildren, Jaxson, Addyson, Kamdyn Hicks, Theo, Elliot Tavares, Oliver Blume, Emma, Cora and Miles Tavares; and her siblings, Vivian Vranjes, Joan Vujakovich and Nickolas Vujakovich.
