She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Smith and Helen Smith (Patterson); her former husband Max Cook; her spouse Delven Fuller; her daughter Jo Lynn Cook; her stepchildren, Elizabeth Shaw, Diana Strickland and Donald Fuller; and her brother Edward Smith.
She is survived by: her son Lee Cook (Rachel) of Kewanee; her stepchildren, Bill Fuller, Dave Fuller (Diane) and Jeanie Gray (Ron); her daughter Nancy Retherford (Braden); and her sister Dorothy Watts. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
