It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Mason (Kewanee, Illinois), born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on March 10, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Norberg and Mary Norberg (Harland); and her husband Robert "Bob" Mason. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Fyke (Douglas) of Lee, IL, Marie Kay Golt (Charles) of Esmond, IL and Teresa Dean (Peter) of Melbourne Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Danielle Foster, Erin Rockstead and Megan Golt-Backer; her stepgranddaughters, Amanda Dean and Nicole Dean; and her siblings, Betty German, Roger, David and Merl Norberg. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to St. Paul Lutheran Church in Rochelle.
