He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rouse and Bernadine Rouse (Butte). He is survived by: his wife Carol J. Ouart; his daughters, Karen Rouse (Tom) of Kewanee, Pamela Rosebeck (Jeremy) of Kewanee, Amanda Whitted (Jeff) of Funks Grove, IL and Shelley Rouse-Quanstrom (Kevin) of Kewanee; his grandchildren, Jacqueline Rouse, Daniel Juarez (Alesia), Valerie Anaya (Michael), Michelle Workheiser, Meghan Cornell, Sam Cornell and Kristina Quanstrom; his great grandchildren, Quincy, Malaki Rouse, Nakoah Juarez, Antonio, Alonso, Amelio Anaya, K. J. and Gemma Scott; his brother Richard Rouse (Mary Jo) of Kewanee; and his sister-in-law Hilda Rouse of Henry, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rux Funeral Homes (507 S Chestnut St, Kewanee, IL 61443). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed in his name for a memorial to be established.
