Ouart; his daughters, Karen Rouse (Tom) of Kewanee, Pamela Rosebeck (Jeremy) of Kewanee, Amanda Whitted (Jeff) of Funks Grove, IL and Shelley Rouse-Quanstrom (Kevin) of Kewanee; his grandchildren, Jacqueline Rouse, Daniel Juarez (Alesia), Valerie Anaya (Michael), Michelle Workheiser, Meghan Cornell, Sam Cornell and Kristina Quanstrom; his great grandchildren, Quincy, Malaki Rouse, Nakoah Juarez, Antonio, Alonso, Amelio Anaya, K. J. and Gemma Scott; his brother Richard Rouse (Mary Jo) of Kewanee; and his sister-in-law Hilda Rouse of Henry, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
