He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald R. Moreland and Julia J. Lucke (Hicks); his stepparents, Donald "Red" Lucke and Helen Moreland; and his siblings, Donald "Bud", Bonny "Bond", Del Edwards, Larry and Danny Moreland.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Andrew Bullock (Sarah), Lucas Bullock, Logan Bullock (Morgan), Frankie Murchison (Sean), Jailynn Mercer, Gage Moreland and Lani Moreland; his great grandchildren, Connor, David, Danny and Isaac Bullock; his sister-in-law Cathy Moreland; and also, Amy Bullock (Matt), Debbie Mercer (Jason) and Raymond Moreland, Jr. (Kristen).
