Phyllis M. Strand Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2023, at the age of 89, Phyllis M. Strand (Kewanee, Illinois), born in Atkinson, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis M. Strand to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Windy and Mary Margaret Windy (Roush); and her husband Richard. She is survived by: her family, Jill, Jacqueline and Jennifer; her daughters, JoBeth Crist (Jim), Jill Fincham (Rob), Jacqueline Boelens (John) and Jennifer Strand (Craig Glover); and her brothers, Ronald Windy and Michael Johnson. She is also survived by four granddaughters, four grandsons, and sixteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be directed to the Alleman High School Theatre Department, Rock Island, Illinois, in honor of Phyllis Strand.
