He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver S. Johnson and Ruby Ora Lee Johnson (Owen); his wife Katie; and his son Nick Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Christina Tanzillo (Peter) and Michael Quagliano of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Michele, Amy, Trisha, Amber, Lucas, Quinton and Riley; his great grandchildren, Maddux, Rocco, Luca, Freddie, Bianca, Gianna, Greyson, Simone, Declan and Hunter; his sister Shirley McCreless; his brother-in-law Albert DeConinck (Karen); and his daughter-in-law Paula Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the family for a memorial to be established.
