She is survived by: her children, Leo Puskar III of Kewanee, James Puskar (Valerie) of Kewanee, Sherry Israel (Reuben) of Rockford and Michelle Puskar of Kewanee; and her grandchildren, Miranda Swanson (Andrew), Mikayla Puskar, Braden Puskar and Allyson Puskar.
