He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Nimrick and Alta Nimrick (Johnson); his former wife Glenda Ericson; and his siblings, Larry, Jack, Ronnie, Gary, Donna and Kathy.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry L. Dickey of Kewanee; his sons, Michael R. Nimrick Jr. of Kewanee and Brandon Kruskop of Kewanee; and his siblings, Donald "Buck" Nimrick (Brenda) of Kewanee and Bonnie Nimrick of Iowa.
