She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Leroy and Mary Josephine Bein (Lippens); her husband John A. Kirkhove Sr.; her sons, Glenn "David" Nichols and Robert Brose; her stepson Tim Kirkhove; and her siblings, Fred Strange and Linda Tillman.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Bowman (Steve), Lori Hansen (David), Traci Shults (Brian), Terry Brose (Vicky) and Samuel Frail (Chris); her stepchildren, Kathy Janssen, Karen Beauprez, John and Mike Kirkhove; and her siblings, Lee Barnes, Steven Bein, Vernon, Rose Ann Rasmussen and Marilyn Harper. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to Saint John Paul II Parish in Kewanee or to a charity of the donor's choice.
