He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Chapman and Maurine Chapman; and his sister-in-law Terry Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Annie Chapman (Hudders); his sons, Dan Chapman, Andy Chapman (Erin) and Tom Chapman (Lindsey Wheeler); his grandsons, Alex and Jack Chapman; and his brothers, Mike Chapman (Sharon), Markus Chapman, Maurus Chapman (Julie) and John Chapman (Susan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
