Madolyn Ruth DeDecker Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Madolyn Ruth DeDecker of Kewanee, Illinois, who passed away on April 23, 2025 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Madolyn Ruth DeDecker to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gust Johnson and Darlene Johnson (Wetzell); her husband Walter DeDecker; her sister Mildred Holy; her children, Ted DeDecker and Connie Tourville; her son-in-law Rick Tourville; and her brothers, Arthur Johnson and Kenneth Johnson.

She is survived by: her niece Sharon Johnson (Larry); her grandsons, Jeff Tourville (Ashley), Tyler Tourville, Brad DeDecker and Carmen DeDecker; and her great grandchildren, Landon, Levi and Lexi Tourville.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Vandemore Funeral Home - Atkinson (214 S State St, Atkinson, IL 61235). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Annawan Boosters Club.
