She is survived by: her sons, Cody Butler and Brandon Butler (Maribeth); her grandchildren, Lee and Isabella Butler; her brother Nick Humphrey (Randi); and her nieces, Krista Eble (Greg), Chelsea Humphrey (Shannon Frankenreider), Amber Pratt (Dave) and Autumn Summy (John).
