Karen S. Hepner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2023, at the age of 72, Karen S. Hepner of Kewanee, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence E. "Pat" Murphy and Leona Murphy (Johnson); her husband Ronny Hepner; her former husband Michael Stairwalt; and her brother-in-law Richard Rule.
She is survived by: her children, Troy Stairwalt and Nikki Stairwalt; her adoptive daughter Jo Hodgett (Don Hodgett); her stepson Chris Ripka; and her siblings, Robert Murphy, Mary Ann Rule and Helen Engstrom. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the Henry County Humane Society, Henry County Senior Citizens Center, or to the family.
