He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Matuszyk and Caroline Matuszyk (Petty); and his sister Carolyn Eilts. He is survived by: his wife Jill A. Warren; his children, Melissa Matuszyk (Derek Kemerling) of Kewanee, Kari Matuszyk of Kewanee, Joe Matuszyk Jr. (Kaleigh) of Galesburg and Ryan Matuszyk (Karleigh) of Kewanee; his siblings, Frank Matuszyk (Cheryl) of Kewanee, John Matuszyk Jr. of Kewanee, Anna Vandesampel (Duane) of Kewanee, Tim Matuszyk (Treva) of Kewanee, Mark Matuszyk of Tiskilwa and Anthony Matuszyk of Lincoln, IL; and his grandchildren, Asher, Laney, Leah, Liam, Addilyn and Kaidyn. He is also survived by his sons and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
