With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John M. Beckman of Kewanee, Illinois, born in Wyanet, Illinois, who passed away on June 25, 2024 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John M. Beckman to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Beckman and Esther Beckman (Nicholson); his wife Emily Burwell; and his siblings, Clarence "Sam" Beckman, Frances Ulrich, Mary Wells, Norma Beckman, Judy Erickson and Phyllis Draminski.

He is survived by : his son John Beckman (Tami); his granddaughters, Brittani Brewer (Mitch) and Tia Thompson-Huber (Mandy); and his great grandchildren, Whrenli and Lhetti.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Golnick-Schueneman Funeral Home (219 E 2nd St, Kewanee, IL 61443). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
