He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert E. Jagers and Delia Jagers (Rohrig); and his brothers-in-law, Ray Miller and Dwaine Wager. He is survived by: his wife Judy I. Hampton; his children, Jon Jagers of Kewanee and Jennifer Oetzel (Shawn) of Kewanee; his grandchildren, Joshua Jagers (Allison), Hannah Jagers, Connor Oetzel (Moriah), Alysh Oetzel (Adam) and Sheadon Oetzel; his great grandchildren, Trace Jagers, Archer and Emerson Oetzel; his sisters, Nancy Miller of Kewanee and Judy Wager of Kewanee; his brothers-in-law, Bill Hampton (Kay) of Farmington, Glen Hampton of Arizona and James Hampton (Deb) of Edwardsville; and his pet Oscar.
