He is survived by: his wife Mary Hamrick; his children, Andrew Simmons, Tiffany Simmons and Amelia Willey; his stepchildren, Amber Peed (John Murray) and Richard Peed, Jr.; his grandchildren, Alexander, Ayden Simmons, Benjamin and Roman Howard; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler, John, Camden, Tristynn and Elizabeth; his siblings, Terrie (Perry), Dennis Fude (Donna) of Green City, MO, Lloyd Simmons (Lorie) of Cape Coral, FL, Greg Petty and Kewanee of Patricia Reeves, OK; and his sister-in-law Lori Simmons.
