She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter P. Vooren and Ruth G. Van Vooren (Norbo); her husband Jerry A. Warner Sr.; her siblings, Gary Van Vooren and Ruth Garrigan; and her children, Jill Warner-Goulding and Jeff Warner.

She is survived by: her children, Jerry Warner (Debi) of Kewanee, Jamie Warner of Kewanee, Julie Warner of Kewanee, Joe Warner (Teri) of Kewanee and Jon Warner of Kewanee. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

“To the Warner Family. It saddens me to have to say these words. Janice was an absolute Sweetheart, and I feel lucky that I was able to get to meet work for and get to know both Janice and Jerry! The were truly a special couple that complemented each other. Janice must have really missed Jerry, and who wouldn't? That guy was a true "Character!" So sorry for the entire Warner family. I've moved to Quincy and won't be able to make the services, but you will be on my mind. Sincerely Chuck Johnson”
