She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry "Hank" VanHecker and Ruth VanHecker (Calcutt); her spouse Hazen "Red" Bennett; her children, Debbie Ramsey of Kewanee, George LaFollette of Kewanee and Matthew LaFollette of Kewanee; and her siblings, Cathy Goodbar and Henry. She was also cherished by five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
