She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Nichols and Orla Nichols (Burner); her husband Richard L. "Rich" Tornquist; her sister Helen Murray; and her son Steven Lee.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Kenady (Kevin) of Morrison, Julie Walk of Des Moines, IA, Karen Stralow (Randy) of Morrison and Scott Tornquist (Betty) of Bloomington; her grandchildren, Krista Bender (Terry), Kaitlyn Stolk (Justin), Lauren Anderson (Travis), Zach Stralow (Melissa), Danielle Krug (Cody), Brooke Stralow (Dylan Keller), Erika Baker (James) and Cody Tornquist (Megan Jackson); and her great grandchildren, Addi, Brexley, Wes, Tatum, Zander, Pyper and Ryder.
Memorials may be directed to the Bishop Hill Heritage Association or to Saint John Paul II Parish.
