He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Raley and Charlotte Raley (Berg); and his sister Susan Swineheart. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Raley of Kewanee, Noel Raley of Kewanee, Scott Raley and Steven Raley; his brothers, Mike Raley of Galva and Francis "Gene" Raley of Kewanee; his grandchildren, Jessa-Honesty, Mason, Dylon Raley and Levi Perkins; and his great grandchildren, Jackson and Kaci.
