He is survived by: his wife Wilma Fulton; his daughters, Debra Bailey (Kevin) of Pekin, IL and Susan Otterbeck (John) of North Liberty, IA; his grandchildren, Ryan Otterbeck (Monique), Jarrod Bailey (Kendra), Aaron Otterbeck (Trish), Sarah Mooney (Ben) and Brooke Armbrister (Shane); and his great grandchildren, Zoey, Maddox Bailey, Parker, Palmer Otterbeck, Carter, Max Otterbeck, Beckett, Hadley, Morgan, Campbell Mooney, Hal and Miles Armbrister.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Golnick-Schueneman Funeral Home (219 E 2nd St, Kewanee, IL 61443). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
