He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilio Ibarra and Josephine Ibarra (Ramirez); his wife Charlene Brown; his sister Rosemary Ibarra Fernandez; his son James Ibarra; his nephew Jesus Ibarra; and his cousin Jessica Reyes.
He is survived by: his children, Jeanny Ibarra, Josephine Ibarra, Catalina Sias (Rudy), Corina Rodriguez, Maria Dazley (Jason) and Javier Bermudez; his siblings, Emilio Ibarra Jr., Cynthia Ibarra, Sylvia Ramirez (Pascual) and Sophia Ibarra; and his grandchildren, Cavius Reed, Jayana Ringberg, Jordan Ibarra and Jakil James. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
