He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Wayne Miller; and his brother Bobby. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Hackwith (Lindberg); his girlfriend Lorene Decatur; his sons, Jason, Eric and Alex; and his siblings, Roger, Nancy and Steve. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
