With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Enid Marie Lindsey of Kewanee, Illinois, born in Sanford, Colorado, who passed away on February 7, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Richard and Maggie Jane Miller (Hutchins); her husband Wayne Lindsey of Kewanee, IL.; and her siblings, Voris Cornum (Dwayne), Herman Miller (Mary June), Morris Miller (Lois) and Janice Bodley (Carl).
She is survived by: her children, Rae Butz (late Roger), Rex Wayne and Roxann Tooke; and her grandchildren, Ryan (Jen), Roderic (Katlin), Brett Roger, Sean (Lucia) and Ashley (Travis). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
She spent 30+ years as a charity volunteer for military college scholarships through the Peterson SFB Spouses' Club (Officers' Wives Auxiliary), whereby she earned multiple awards and recognitions.
