He is survived by: his granddaughter Rachel L.; his wife Donna Dykstra; his children, David Dykstra and Rachel Crew (Matt Garland); his grandchildren, Dominic, Hannah, Raelynn Dykstra, Matthew Brilhante, Sasha, Trustin and Trey Crew; and his children, Madison and Jericho Garland.

Memorials may be made to the United Presbyterian Church, Elmira or the First Presbyterian Church, Kewanee.
