She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hanna and Letha Hanna (Smith); and her siblings, Pauline Campbell and Floyd Hanna. She is survived by: her husband Roger D. Jacobson; her children, Rogene Brick (John) of Rockford, IL, Ronda Warren (Brooks) of Monee, IL and Steven Jacobson (Jackie) of Dewey, IL; her grandchildren, Malachi Brick (Abbey), Robert Warren, Skye White and Austin Jacobson; her great grandchildren, Maia and Zanna Brick; her grandchild Ronin Ballard; and her sister Shirley Nolan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
