She is survived by: her son Stephen Swearingen (Holly); her brother Bill Philhower; her grandchildren, Douglas, Dave, Trevor, Kisely and Kamry; her niece Autumn Rangel (Anthony); and her nephews, Dylan (Allie) and Colton Philhower.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
