He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton J. Entas and Rosemary F. Entas (DeRoo); and his former wife Nancy Fisher. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Scott Fisher (Asya), Gene DeValkenaere (Amanda) and Carrie Shaw (Ky); his grandchildren, Matthew, Erin, Cara Fisher, Ayden, Cooper DeValkenaere, Alexander and Austin Shaw; his siblings, Tom Entas (Diana), Beth Bisschop (David) and Ann Stodgel (Marty); his nieces, Angela Schnibben (John) and RoseMarie Behringer (Ian); and his nephew Martin Stodgel (Amanda).

Memorials may be made to Saint Jude's Children's Society or Heifer International.
