He is survived by: his wife Penny Moss; his sons, Jason Adkison (Kristen) and Joshua Adkison (Amber Waymoth); his granddaughter Kelsi Jo Adkison; his parent Judith Jones (Pyle); his sister Connie Adkison; his niece Isabelle Mitchell; his mother-in-law Marilyn Moss; and his cousin Jackie Kauffman.
