He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl E. A. Greiert and Lillian M. Greiert; his siblings, James Greiert and June Bagby; and his close friend Donald "Shorty" Wyman.
He is survived by: his daughter Laurie Greiert of Princeton; his siblings, Joyce Nick of Lincoln and Glenn Greiert (Donna, family: Doug, Jacki Wyman) of Glendale; his nephew Greg; his niece Sarah; and his close friends, Lyle and Marilyn Carpenter.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kewanee Care Nursing Home or Compassus, in Carl's memory.
