He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden T. Anderson and Lois M. Anderson (Johnson); and his wife Phyllis L. Harrod. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Cheryl Lynes and David Lynes (Candi); his grandchildren, Devon Gentry (Brittany), Kirstyn Lynes, Cassidy Lynes and Isaac Lynes; and his great grandchildren, Corbin Gentry and Rylynn Gentry.
