Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Betty Pillen of Kewanee, Illinois, born in Walnut, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 89, on March 16, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Ioder and Beulah Ioder (Plapp); her husband Wayne R. Pillen; and her sister Norma. She is survived by: her children, Bart Pillen (Laurie) of Rochelle, IL, Mike Pillen (Debbie) of Kewanee and Michele Wentworth (Alfred) of Kewanee; her siblings, Harry Ioder (Judy) of Walnut, Jim Ioder of Gladstone, MO, Ned Ioder of Streator, Caryl Behrens of Walnut and Edith Orazam (Robert) of Aitkin, MN; her grandchildren, Kate, Sarah Pillen, Mason, Rachael Wentworth, Claire Willits (Logan), Carter and Charlotte Pillen; and her great grandchildren, Sadie Kay and Gideon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The funeral home will monitor capacity limits to maintain compliance with COVID regulations. The funeral home requires that all guests wear a mask for the safety of all those attending.
