She is survived by: her children, Carol Bender (Steve) of Youngsville, NC, Janice Forsythe of Kewanee, IL and Randall DeBlieck of Kewanee, IL; and her grandchildren, Scott Bender of Creedmoor, NC, Chuck Forsythe (Julie) of Kewanee, IL, Chad Forsythe (Amanda) of Colorado Springs, CO, Mark DeBlieck (Tara) of Kewanee, IL and Mallery DeBlieck of Weatherford, TX. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
