He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kinney and Agnes Kinney (Grubich); and his brother Charles Kinney. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Kinney of Kenney, IL; his daughter Melanie Kinney of Clinton, IL; his granddaughter Stephanie Kinney of Marion, LA; and his siblings, Barb Easton (Chuck) of Davenport, IA, Loreen Peska (Ted) of DeWitt, IA and Janet Goldensoph (Ron) of DeWitt, IA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
