It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanley Eugene Kennedy (Kenilworth, Illinois), who passed away on July 5, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Stanley Eugene leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Marilyn Jean Kennedy; his sister Carole Lewis; his stepdaughter Nancy Petrie; and his father Stan. He is survived by: his wife Anne Barry Kennedy; his children, Michael Charles Kennedy and Carole Ann Kennedy-Hennessy (Greg); his stepdaughter Holly Petrie Francis (Edward); and his sisters, Cleo Montgomery and Georgia Cross (Sam). He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren and great granddaughter, along with many nieces, nephews.
