She was predeceased by: her parents, James Benton and Jeannette Minnick; her husband Bill; and her sister Kaila. She is survived by: her children, Julie Halbower (Matthew), Dr. Pamela Schulz and Bill Schulz; her sister Kristin Caskey (Malcolm); and her grandchildren, Veronica, Samantha Halbower, Abby and Drew Duszynski.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church (1133 Pfingsten Rd, Northbrook, IL 60062).
