She was predeceased by: her husband Preston "Bud" Beard; and her siblings, Hewlett Wilson, Elsie Ward (late Harry) and Carol Hackett (late Walter). She is survived by: her children, Douglas Beard (Martha) and Jeanne Beard; her grandchildren, Matthew Beard, Hannah Beard, Peter Beard, Kyle Engbrecht and Chris Engbrecht; and her sister Eleanor Miller (late Curtis).
