She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Rance and Mary Mildred Carter (Neighbors). She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Lee Boston Brooks (Jamie) of Kell, IL, Tammy Marie Childress and Mary Carol Horton Wiseman of Kell, IL; and her siblings, Steve Carter of Shawneetown, Danny Carter of Raleigh, Lloyd Carter of Murrow, Donna Dees of Eldorado and Robin Prakash of Carmi. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
