She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Dailey and Wanda Dailey (Butler); her sister Linda Kuesis; and her son Norman A. Boxx. She is survived by: her former husband Ricky Boxx Sr.; her husband Brian Cushman; her children, Samantha Hanks of Central City, Beverly Boxx of Centralia, Ricky Boxx Jr. (Taunya) of Kell and Mindy Boxx of Centralia; her stepchildren, Heather Cushman (James) of Salem, Brian Cushman Jr. of Salem, Jonathan Howell (Samantha) of Sandoval and Joel Howell (Jennifer) of Alabama; her grandchildren, Zachary Hanks, Jessica Carter (Jace), Alicia Hamm (TJ), Amanda Lyons (Chris), Christian Lyons (Shi), Bradley Lyons (Nicole), Bethany Moghadam (Jordan), Robert Boxx (Samantha), Addison Boxx (Taylor), Mason Boxx (Sydney), Cole Dodson of Odin, Levi Dodson of Odin, Caden Cushman, Kaylee Hanks and Brandon Dodson; and her siblings, Floyd Dailey of Centralia, Dennis Dailey of Pinkstaff, Cindy Daily of Elco and Norma Marcum of Odin. She is also survived by Many Great Grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Donor's Choice and will be accepted for the family at the Irvin Macz Funeral Home in Centralia.
