William Allen Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilber Preston and Vivian Juanita Allen (Orndorff); and his brother Preston. He is survived by: his wife Sgt Zelpha Howard; his son Tommy; his brothers, Rick and Stanley; and his sister-in-law Carol. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Once Covid arrived things changed, and he did more things around the home.
