He is survived by: his girlfriend Phyllis Beverly; his children, Jeanie Clark Shaw (Rick Hoskins) and Jeffrey Clark (Terri Copeland); his grandchildren, Jeremy Shaw (Jennifer) of Rock Island, Joseph Shaw (Shaunnessy) of Rock Island, Daniel Clark (Tiffanie) of Evergreen, CO and Devin Clark of Warsaw, IN; and his great grandchildren, Alexander, Peter, Owen, Liam Shaw and Kenzi Clark.
