He is survived by: his children, Kevin Perry (Linda) of Oakland City and Diana Smith (Steve) of Mt. Erie, IL; and his siblings, John Perry of Missouri, Allen Perry of Colorado, Joanna Kliethermas of Missouri, Eddie Perry of Missouri and Lerona Henley of Missouri. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
