He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence A. Kester and Bernice K. Kester (Lund); his in-laws, Woodrow and Doris Wilson; his daughter Deborah Lynn; his brother Richard Kester; and his brother-in-law Gary Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Suzann Kester; his children, Jeffrey Wilson (Candy) of San Diego, Thomas Lund (Earl) of Pacific Grove and Holly Ann Kjos (Del) of Pleasanton, California; his granddaughter Kortney Powers (Clarke) of Auburn, California; his sisters-in-law, Marcia Kester and Sharon Wilson; and his nephews, Michael Kester (Shelia), Robert Kester (Geraldine), Keith Wilson (Holly) and Garrett Wilson (Karen).
